Tara Finnerty is a registered dietitian and ketogenic specialist working with children and adults interested adopting a well-formulated ketogenic lifestyle. Over the past 7 years, Tara has primarily worked with children utilizing nutritional ketosis for treatment of refractory epilepsy, and other various disorders of metabolism. Tara has been trained by leading ketogenic experts from The Charlie Foundation and Johns Hopkins, in addition to receiving certificates of training from various workshops on ketogenic therapies. Recognizing the lack of nutritional guidance in this field, Tara has expanded her role into private practice as owner of Sugar House Nutrition LLC/My Fat-Fueled Life, offering consultation services and workshops for clients and healthcare professionals. Tara also writes content for hip2keto.com and has been interviewed on several local media stations and podcast striving to correct misinformation surrounding the evidenced-based uses of nutritional ketosis.
