Keto parents have kids. That we know. What we don't know is how that plays out in the family. Do you encourage your children to eat ketogenic? High fat? Less fruit? Doesn't that sound crazy? Guests Mark Miller and Karen Mangiacotti run a 7-kid household in which most of them have drastically cut sugar and carbs, and have even increased their fat intake. So what happened? They have been Keto since Mark was diagnosed with cancer in January 2016 and they wanted to make sure they were no longer feeding the cancer carbs to grow big and strong.
