Keto Parenting
#60 Monday, April 3, 2017
Keto parents have kids. That we know. What we don't know is how that plays out in the family. Do you encourage your children to eat ketogenic? High fat? Less fruit? Doesn't that sound crazy? Guests Mark Miller and Karen Mangiacotti run a 7-kid household in which most of them have drastically cut sugar and carbs, and have even increased their fat intake. So what happened? You'll have to listen to find out. Be warned. Karen and Mark are naturally hysterical. Get some facial tissues.
